What We Look For In Our Members
Here at Valour we strive to be the best at what we do and our accomplishments stand behind this. These accomplishments would not have been possible without the dedication and perseverance of Valour’s members. To become a part of Valour you need to have that same dedication, after all we are a team and we strive for the best and have fun doing it. A member needs to be actively engaged in day to day activities such as using your time to help and progress both yourself and the Free Company. This ranges from gathering materials to make new gear to learning the ins and outs of your jobs in order to be the best.
A member has to want to improve themselves and not wait around to be handed things. Taking the time to learn and practice what rotations can be used to make their actions more effective and when to not over DPS is an example of this. That said, a member can never be about themselves. All members are here to help if you have any questions or need help finishing something. With this, a member needs to be able to take constructive criticism, follow direction, and not talk back.
We are all mature adults and so should act as mature adults. We require members to have Ventrilo installed and use it whenever they are doing dungeons, this makes communications much simpler especially when we are doing progression in end game content. Members can identify a main job, but are required to have other jobs they can play geared and available to make themselves and the Free Company as versatile as possible.
